One Lead Planner

  • One On-Site Walk Through (Scheduled Prior) to Discuss Event Logistics

  • Set-Up of Personal Décor *some restrictions apply.

  • Oversee Event Install

    • Check Off Vendor Deliveries

    • Direct All Vendors to Set-Up Locations Upon Arrival

    • Assist Any Vendor in Need of Help

    • Handle Any Issues That Arise While On-Site

    • Point of Contact for Day of Questions

  • Discuss Event Timeline in Detail

You need some help, but you’re not sure how much. You're busy with work and life, but are very creative and have lots of help from colleagues, family & friends. We meet with you, talk about your vision, and help create a design plan for you to follow. We provide you with vendor referrals matching your budget (we’ve seen them in action and know who’s good). You will take care of most of the details leading up to the event (we are available via phone & email to assist and guide along the way).

You are busy and have witnessed colleagues or friends spend thousands of dollars and HOURS planning an event. You have team but you want them to focus what they do best which is not event planning. You want to be involved but not responsible for the planning.  You will come up with a vision and pass it off to somebody with experience.  We work with you on everything – providing expert advice from locating your venue, managing your budget, vendor meetings, big and small event design, defining details, and creating personal décor on request.  We take care of everything from vendor referrals and meetings, to scaled event diagrams, inspiration and design boards, budget management, guest list management, and transportation.

One Lead Planner and Two Assistant Coordinators

  • 5 Pre-Planning Meetings Total (Can Purchase Additional Meetings)

  • Venue Selecting Process – Will help find your venue and go along to site walks

  • Create and Design Marketing Materials (Does not include Graphic Design)

  • Running of up to (4) Event or Personal Errands (ie: p/u or shop for décor, materials, desserts, etc.)

  • Returning of Items up to (2) Returns After Event IE: Rentals, or Personals etc.

  • Transportation & Hotel Reservation Help

  • Vendor Selections/Contract Negotiations /Sourcing Specialty Items & Rentals

  • Assist w/ up to (4) Projects IE: Programs, Cards, Signs, Embellishments, Crafts, etc.

  • Returning of Items up to (2) Returns After Event IE: Rentals, or Personals etc. Meet someone @ Site next day if needed
